Publisher
beads-studio.com is published by a private individual, in a non-professional capacity and with no commercial purpose. The site is free: it sells nothing, shows no advertising and offers no subscription.
Under article 6 III 2 of the French law of 21 June 2004 on confidence in the digital economy, a private individual publishing a site in a non-professional capacity may withhold their name and address from the public. The publisher's identity is held by the host, who keeps it available to the judicial authorities.
For any question, complaint or takedown request: contact@beads-studio.com. Messages sent to that address are read.
Hosting
The site is hosted by OVH SAS, 2 rue Kellermann, 59100 Roubaix, France (ovhcloud.com). The servers are located in France.
Intellectual property
The site, its code and its interface belong to the publisher. However, the patterns you make are yours: we claim no rights over your images or the patterns derived from them, and we keep no copy of them unless you deliberately send them to your account.
The colour charts come partly from the open beadcolors project (MIT licence), completed by surveys carried out by the publisher.
Trademarks
Artkal, Hama, Perler, Nabbi, PixieCraft, Diamond Dotz and the other manufacturer names mentioned belong to their respective owners. They appear solely to indicate which beads a pattern can be made with. Beads Studio is not affiliated with these brands, nor endorsed or sponsored by them.
Liability
Colour matches are indicative. They rest on surveys and colorimetric calculations, not on official measurements from the manufacturers: a reference may differ from the real bead depending on the batch, the finish or the screen you are using. Check the references before a large purchase.
The service is provided as is, with no guarantee of continuous availability. Keep your .perler exports — they are your backups.
Governing law
These notices are governed by French law. If something goes wrong, write to contact@beads-studio.com before anything else: most problems are settled in a couple of messages.
